Computational Engineering Colloquium lecture

Referent: Dr. Martin van Driel, Carl Zeiss SMT

Abstract: “I will talk about how chips are made with EUV lithography and how Zeiss Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology contributes to the continuation of Moore’s law both with lithography optics and mask tools. In particular, I want to motivate how my knowledge and experience from computational seismology turns out to be a vital asset in industry.”

Presentation is in English.

After the event we invite the audience to a small apèro.
