The Center of Competence for Organization develops scientifically sound solutions for the analysis and redesign of organizations and cooperations at the levels of value creation networks, business models, organizational models, and business processes. We support businesses in developing and transforming their organization and collaborative relationships.

We give particular focus to the mega-trends of digitalization, new work, and demographic change as vital drivers of organizations development and work with research and service partners to develop effective analysis and design tools and methods for strengthening transformation.
