Research and publications

Our experts’ research takes a practical approach: While bearing the fundamentals of law in mind, they—in particular—analyze the effects and influences of law on real-life issues. As the Competence Center for Business Law is part of the Institute of Finance and Law, we are able to develop holistic and interdisciplinary solutions.

Our research is primarily funded by grants. However, we are also commissioned by companies, governments, other public bodies, and organizations.

The results of our research are regularly incorporated into our teaching, our continuing education programs, and our services. By publishing our research results, we contribute to the public and academic discourse.
