Institute for Micro- and Nanotechnology MNT
At the Institute for Micro- and Nanotechnology we are engaged in applied research and development projects in close cooperation with industrial partners. Additionally, we regard ourselves as a service partner for development and analytical services as well as a "foundry" for small production series.
For a successful cooperation there are several very well equipped laboratories including over 600m2 of state-of-the-art cleanroom facilities (ISO 5-7).
Our know-how is grouped into ten fields expertise. There is a broad range of references to be found in the form of projects, awards and publications.
Higher education and further training are among the most important products provided by NTB. The institute MNT is involved in the bachelor's programme Systems Engineering mainly in the discipline Microtechnology.
